To me:

beautiful is fine, flawless, perfect in appearance.

hot/sexy could be all that or less, but a chick with an excellent attitude and personality.

A lot of good looking chicks just have hang ups. I don't want to be in bed with someone making me feel like we are doing something wrong...even if they are going to do it.

And when you get older, you realize that "hot" = 18 year old girls with firm bodies. Beautiful is girls who will naturally still look great even after gravity kicks in. Most girls are hot at 18. Very few women can still stop traffic at 35. I consider that to be beauty.

Oh yeah, needs makeup to look good != beauty. Knew a girl on college who refused to wear any makeup ever and still looked better than every other girl on campus. Tall, graceful bod, but not voluptuous. That's beauty. Guaranty she still looks that way today (10 years later).
