The diff. between these 2 processors ???

Here's the link comparing the 2 but I see no difference other than the box, price & "J" designation on one of the cpu's. Am I missing something else?

The J designates that the processor has the XD bit feature, otherwise known as "stop bit" or some similar verbiage. When using WinXP SP2, it will shutdown the PC down to prevent malicious code taking advantage of buffer overrun and fvcking up the system.
