*shurg* I haven't played a console game in 2 years and I play games on my computer daily. I doubt I'll ever go back to consoles other then for the occasional Final Fantasy release. I know what you mean about the PC Game section in stores.. but so what? I know where to find my computer games, and there are enough good ones coming out at a steady pace to keep me entertained past what consoles can offer right now.

Good write up.

But you must realize; shopping malls never were the place to shop for PC games. All those "botique" type places cater to the under-18 console crowd.

As much as I hate BestBuy and the other chains, they are the best B&Ms to find PC games. I never even bother looking in any mall-type B&M..haven't in the past 5 years or so.

In the past year, I've bought at least 50% of my PC games online. Some from our very own HD forum, rest from Newegg, etc.
