Satan's greatest trick is getting people to believe in other things and religions and not accepting the real truth, Jesus Christ is our savior and the Son of God.

From a christian theology point of view, this would really be satan's one and only goal... not really a 'trick' per se.

If you want a really interesting interpretation of 'devilling' read C.S. Lewis' Screwtape Letters. I'm not religious and found it fascinating, but I believe Lewis himself was quite Christian.
