OK first of all read my PC specs.

CPU: AMD 64 3000+ Venice
Mobo:MSI K8N SLI Platinum
RAM: Kingston Value RAM 2 x 512 DDR400 <=====What's wrong
VGA: XFX 7800 GT
PSU: CodeGen 480X 400W

Now I tried to overclock my PC and I'm running my CPU @ 2.16 GHz using FSB 240MHz.
Now in the BIOS I made sure that my memory run @ 166 when FSB is @ 200, meaning that memory is supposed to run @ DDR400 when when FSB = 240MHz.

CPUz pic

Memory @ DDR480 !!!!!!!!

Sisoft gave me these amazing results too:

You can't post images here, only links to them. Can't see them either, photobucket is blocked at work.

Wow, 240 MHz on value RAM is very nice. Is it P95, S&M, and Super PI stable though? That's the question.

run everest, some of the dividers can't be read correctly by cpu-z/memtest

for example the 7/10 divider is not read correctly on my dfi nf4 with a venice processor

it will just list the htt speed

same thing happening to you here probably though your bandwith scores seem a bit high for 3-3-3-8

Hmm yes system is not stable after 3 hours of playing AA, using 3dMark and doing my daily activities on the PC.

Had to go back to DDR400 and raise the voltage for the CPU to 1.5v
Now running Prime95 for about an hour and it looks good so far.
The problem is I can't go higher than 240MHz for FSB at all!

I can't get mine above 210 at default timings. Although it gets 2-3-2 if I underclock it a bit below 200. :)

Sure lots do - I've seen both Crucial and PQI value hit 250Mhz 3-3-3.. just depends what ICs they stuck on there. One will never know till they play with it.:)

1T or 2T? If stable at 240 then you may want to try for a higher OC keeping RAM speeds at 240.
Sandra scores are 7000/6955 for me with my old OCZ PC4000.
