Ok, I decided to reinstall windows XP the other night. Didn't really NEED to just had alot of junk on the drive and it was pretty much time to any ways. So when I tried to install the Detonator XP driver for my GF2Pro video card I keep getting errors with it and it causes my computer to restart. Is this a new Detonator driver? The last one I was using worked fine and now the only one that I can use is the default one (packaged with XP) and then the one that shows up with windows update from microsoft. I have the viakt266 chipset incase that could be a problem but as I said before the DetonatorXP worked fine on the last install. I can't think of any other relevant info. I think that the XP driver from nvidia is newer than the last one I was using and that is the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem. I ran all the usuall XP updates but that helps nothing. Nvidia has an ftp with older drivers right? Guess I will check that out. Any help is greatly appreciated, tanx.
