We had a few of these (edit - GX260 SFF) at work today, and just for the hell of it decided to have a race to see who could get the most out in the least time.

First Place: M4H
Components: CPU, RAM, HDD, CD, PSU, FDD, PCI video capture card
Time taken from open case to close case - 49s

And yet some places still don't use chassis locks. :p

If I'm thinking of the ones you're talking about, yes they are kind of convenient. You had to take them out and put them back in or just take them out...?

Indefinite, given that we weren't using screwdrivers. Only six screws holding it down though, so a cordless screwdriver would have made short work of it. We were doing the "steal-offs" though, so we were going on the "no tools, stuff it in a backpack or cargo pants" type of thing

You don't want. Just get the good stuff, then buy a real motherboard. :)
