I noticed in the Star Trek announcement that the producers of Star Trek have also gotten the rights to the Dark Tower.

Can't wait to see it. There's a lot they can do with that storyline.

The Dark Tower had the most disappointing ending of any series I have ever read.

What did you expect? A giant spider? lol I loved the ending. It was unexpected, but very powerful and meaningful IMO.

I agree...I guess I too am in the minority of those that liked the ending. I loved the characters and story so much that the ending was just a small part of it even though it was his very reason for existance. Listening to Steve King narrate the Drawing of the Three is a great memory.
