isn't like 30 years too late?

I watched a documentary on Jim Henson (after he died). They claimed that when he first showed the finished movie to the movie executives, there was dead silence after the movie ended (i.e. they thought the movie sucked). They claimed that Jim never really got over that.
That movie was pure brilliance when I watched it as a kid. I think that a sequel is still planned. I don't know about any games based on the movie though, there was one?
Puppets are hardly like fine wine. No one is going to pay to see a puppet movie, except for people who are still reminiscing about the first movie. We live in an age where people want the best visual experience in every movie. Puppets just aint gonna cut it in today's movie scene. It's like a fine wine; besides, look how many comic stories are being remade umpteen yrs later.

This isn't your average movie with actual people in it; its a bunch of freaking puppets. We live in an age where people want the best visual experience in every movie. Puppets just aint gonna cut it in today's movie scene.
Like I said, no one would pay to see it except for people who still reminisce about the first movie.I'd pay to see this again, and for a PC game!
IMO Pixar can NEEVVER put out a better movie that The Dark Crystal

Hardly trolling. Just stating the facts.
Ya a game would be great. Sadly ubisoft would probably get their dirty hands on it and make some dudu...
