Haha that's hilarious. Bad instincts though, never run from a bear! But I think most would have done the same being that close and suddenly realizing it. He got lucky the bear was not really paying attention or just did not care about him being there.

I wish they had copter view videos here when there's bears in town here. Would be fun. I don't even think any of the media here owns helicopters.
