Swine flu is like Y2K. They are making such a big deal out of it.

There are a ton of things that can kill us, swine flu and the LHC just happens to be two of them. 😛

we can worry and prevent all we want, then turn around, trip, and crack our skull open on a rock, and die in the ER.

On the first, I'd have to say that he might.

Lawsuit - don't know if he personally has done so, but it has been done already.



....and a quick round on Google says that he did file a lawsuit. And it was dismissed in September of 2008, as the US doesn't have any jurisdiction over the LHC.
