Today I saw the first show since the attack. I usually watch it everyday(thanks to Tivo!)and was waiting for new episodes. I thought it would be pretty tenuous. Boy, was I surprised when John Stewart marched through a 10 minute monologue discussing the attack(yeah, just like everybody else). He talked about how his apartment no longer overlooked the WTC, but now the statue of liberty, and numerous other aspects. He was on the verge of tears for the entire thing! Afterwards, they just showed highlight reels, but the diversion from the usual ridiculous humor brought me right back to the first days after the attack.

Anybody else see it?
