I remember seeing a show about another dog that could do the same thing. It was missing one front leg and the other was so underdeveloped and misaligned, it was just a useless extra appendage. It could also balance on its hind legs and run around.
She might need to invest in something for her to rest her upper body weight on. Her skeleton wasn't built for walking upright, and she might be at risk for arthritis or cartilage damage as she ages, not only in her legs, but also her spine.
