Oh wow... that sucks. I really liked her voice and would have liked to have seen them perform someday.

Man, I'm actually sad... out of most celeb death news.

I grew up with her voice in America... a boy in MA.. Magic 106.7 & Kiss 108. Our family would listen to her in loop while we drive up to Canada in visit aunt & uncle.

Fack. I feel so so sad for her and her kids.

the funny thing with this chick though...you play the music and it instantly transports you back to a certain day and age. thats pretty awesome.

Great voice. I don't get that bothered when celebs die in their 70s or 80s because they had a full life, but she should have had another 25+ years. May she rest in peace.

40+ million albums sold surprised me. That's quite a successful career in the music biz. Just wish it hadn't ended so soon.
