The Corn Diet

I have always been curious about what would happen if someone decided to try this diet. Basically it is a diet consisting of nothing but corn for 7 days. Each meal has to be some type of corn. Whether it be corn on the cob, canned corn, creamed corn doesn't matter. But it has to be corn for 7 straight days and nights. No substitutions at all. Just curious what the results will be and if someone is daring enough to try it.

Why do they call corn on the cob, corn on the cob. They should just call it "corn", and call anything else "corn off the cob."

Without protein, your body would break down muscle tissue to get the amino acids it needs for repair and growth. And because muscle tissue is highly metabolic, over time your metabolism would drop lower and lower and you will become a smaller flabbier version of your heavier self.
