Conservatives will look at an unpleasant image 15 percent longer than liberals
They really do like to stew and get worked up over what they don't like.
Is that why conservatives get all crazed over things being forced on them??
Well,.. I don't think anything is being forced on you,.. this study shows you are lingering around what you don't like. Move on,.. get some fresh air (literally).
I've never noticed a difference in how a liberal/conservative smells. But then again, I don't necessarily go around trying to sniff people and then ask them who they voted for.
more like a liberal brain defect that causes them to ignore danger.
Really? This is where it has gone?
It hasn't gone anywhere new. Frankly I think both Conservatives and Liberals have a variety of defects simply for defining themselves as universally Conservative or universally Liberal.

It's more along the lines of only having two pair of poor quality shoes, you just pick the one's that seem to fit the best.
But what if both shoes are equally poor so you just wear both of them? lol
I fall in between both parties but on different issues.
This. China has scientists working on actual break-through products and technology. We have scientists working on correlating immaterial issues with political persuasion.I think what astonishes me the most is people get paid to produce this drivel. Are there no important questions left to be answered? Are these people so completely out of touch with reality that they think this is somehow more important then which is the most popular brand of plastic wrap?
All smart people do, for no party is ever going to be right all the time. You just hold your nose and try to pick the lesser evil - or else go libertarian. But what if both shoes are equally poor so you just wear both of them? lol

Yeah, if the Big L libertarians actually stood a chance of gaining power I could not as easily vote for them as they seem to be bifurcating freedom, advocating more liberty for corporations and sometimes less liberty for actual meat people. (e.g. Ron Paul's support for prohibiting abortion.) Philosophically I'm all for less government; I'm just not seeing much in the way of free market solutions other than "it'll probably be all right". I agree that most corporations will do the right thing, but not all, and those who don't mind polluting or paying slave wages will have a competitive advantage over those who do so that one way or another, eventually most corporations would be polluting or paying slave wages.Just so.
The problem with going libertarian is that the end result might actually be worse than socialism.
Personally, I don't think we need better government so much as better people.
conservatives smell like: freedom and success
liberals smell like: collectively used Depends
...
I assume it must be: gunpowder, with a hint of day-old crusty semen from self-loathing, closeted "bathroom encounters" at highway rest areas.
