The connection icon is showing activity but nothing I've got nothing on

Hey.
The wireless connection icon (the small computer with WIFI reception) is always showing activity (it has dark blue and light blue modes... light blue is when packets are being sent\recieved) ... it's not even blinking, it's straight ON. I've closed down the explorer, the ICQ, the messenger... everything I thought could be using it. still goes on. How can I find out which program (or malware?) is using it? I've ran virus and spyware scans that found nothing ...
and it's not even blinking.. it's on, meaning it's sending\recieving A LOT...

More than likely, the activity is from the collision detection algorithms employed by wireless communications rather than from an actual application. I wouldn't worry about it.
