It's phone interview though. But I am really not good speaking on the phone and i haven't really prepared for it yet...so I don't know. Should I kindly reminder her that our schedule date is on friday? Or should I just keep my mounth shut and do it today?

request to keep at the originally scheduled time. tell them you are a busy man and have a time conflict today. worst case, you can have them schedule it next week.

seriously thought, unless you enjoy shooting yourself in the foot, do the interview when they tell you to do it, but make it seem like you aren't a pushover and like to take care of business.....

go to an airport or a subway station..somewhere there is enough but not too much background noise to let them know that you are compromising but NOT bending over backwards for them like a little bitch.

Show general amicability and the ability to compensate, but show your backbone as well...

Keep in mind that they may be using the change in schedule as part of their assessment. I had one employer who did that kind of thing to see how you would react to a change.

So what kind of reaction does your employer consider good?

I can be flexible no problem, but I think she just simply forgot we had scheduled for friday.

then by reminding her that it was scheduled on friday could show that you stick to your commitments.
