This was my designated pissing station when I used to be hammered. The city council took it away.

Where am I to put on my pissing performance now? Nothing is open here after midnight. Should I just soil a double-decker bus?

Kind of interesting. Is it placed over a manhole? Doesn't look like it has much room for storage.
 
There's four of them at the local park/town square, which is good idea since it's a very popular place to drink a lot of beer.
 
I think I accidentally took a dump on one. I thought it was pretty uncomfortable, and was pretty angry at the lack of toilet paper.
