Let's run with this idea of pushing them into it. At the very least, the guy who pushed him should face manslaughter charges. i guestimated 40% of the cars would cross the bridge in a 5 hour span as long as that 5 hour span covers either the morning or afternoon rush hour and a brige with roughly the same amount of traffic as the golden gate bridge
