“It is our responsibility to protect them for our own benefit and that of generations to come,” Trump said in the statement, before praising his administration for repealing regulations meant to do just that.

“We know that it is impossible for humans to flourish without clean air, land, and water,” according to the statement. “We also know that a strong, market-driven economy is essential to protecting these resources. For this reason, my Administration is dedicated to removing unnecessary and harmful regulations that restrain economic growth and make it more difficult for local communities to prosper and to choose the best solutions for their environment.”

Hard to have words for such ridiculous rubbish.

Trump is like a never ending tornado outbreak because you never know where he's going to strike next.

We already choose our best solutions until your retarded administration came and changed them.

Just saw a NOVA show on PBS about modeling climate change. It was a recent repeat apparently, if you just look at the ancient carbon isotopes in our environment, the evidence is there to see that the rapid increase in CO2 is man made by burning ancient carbon (fossil fuels). What's really scary is that we are too late unless we come up with ways to remove CO2 from our environment. A couple of strategies were covered in the program. F... Pruitt and Trump.

Fake news. Science is a commie plot to tear down America and enslave us all under one world government.

Anybody who can't feel the heat their own conveyance generates and then have enough sense to multiply it by the sum total of every motor vehicle on the planet deserves a Darwin Award. Nature has to dissipate it hence we get severe weather events and melting ice.

You can watch it here for now. Its two hours long but very informative, well worth the watch. And what's interesting is Koch is a NOVA funder. Someone send the trump Admin a bunch of the DVDs :p

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/earth/decoding-weather-machine.html

Program Description

"Disastrous hurricanes. Widespread droughts and wildfires. Withering heat. Extreme rainfall. It is hard not to conclude that something’s up with the weather, and many scientists agree. It’s the result of the weather machine itself—our climate—changing, becoming hotter and more erratic. In this two-hour documentary, NOVA will cut through the confusion around climate change. Why do scientists overwhelmingly agree that our climate is changing, and that human activity is causing it? How and when will it affect us through the weather we experience? And what will it take to bend the trajectory of planetary warming toward more benign outcomes? Join scientists around the world on a quest to better understand the workings of the weather and climate machine we call Earth, and discover how we can be resilient—even thrive—in the face of enormous change.
