Price Error. Staples changed the price from $0.03 to $0.30 now. That is really amazing. Anyway, Staples are really very fast this time. If you want to sue Staples, go with Luk. A joke. :)

Another choice: Smooth Finish Paper Clips, No. 1

Or tired of paper clips, I am, passwird found $0.13 Extra core for Tape Dispensers.

================
Premium Paper Clips, was $0.03, now $0.30

The cheapest item I ever found in Staples.com. It is useful, if you need to use coupon sometimes. :)

You can add the item to "Favorites". When you need it, just click the icon "Add Favorites to Carts" which is located at the right part of the homepage. No need to search, browse anymore.

this is convient for when you need that extra couple cents to get your order over a certain amount.

I just bought paper clips for $.17 to get my order over $150 a couple weeks ago.

Thanks :)

BTW, the paper clips arrived seperately from the rest of my order

The paper clip will be shipped through UPS from Staples warehouse. Normally the remain part of your order will be delivered by your local Staples store.

I guess I'm just not a hardened HD's whore like a lot of you guys ;) but it makes me feel bad when staples sends two deliveries and one is just a huge box with a few pens or whatever  If they weren't so stupid they would make the coupons off $99 or $149 or whatever, but they're effectively screwing themselves. My last order actually had the pens in the same box, I was surprised!

I agree with ThisIsMatt maybe the 99.99 made sense at one time
but it sure would pay them to just make the price 100 or 150
instead of the .99 stuff making us order a small product to get it over
the 100 mark
shoot I bet it cost them at least 4 bucks or more to send
a .17 item seperate from the main order
I sure hate to see any company waste money that way when its so easy to fix it

Had a similar experience w/ OM online recently - ordered paperclips to use a coupon, and they sent in a separate HUGE box!!!

Staples.com offered the MSN signup CD for $0.01 on their website until a few months ago. Staples figured out that everyone ordereing these was doing so to meet a coupon eligibility so they started to ship these MSN CDs to customers on paper only and would still give you credit on your order for the coupons. I guess someone complained about not getting their MSN CDs and they finally pulled the item from their site.:(

That's so sad if someone actually complained about not getting a MSN CD.

Maybe someone should tell Staples to stop sending us paper clips. (But what if someone actually wants them? :D

Unless a million people ordered them, staples must be view Anandtech too. They fixed the price from .03 to .30

staples has been here spying for a long time. that's why they can screw up deals so fast when someone posts one. too bad there isn't a forum where those geeks can't get wind of things.

But why not get something you actually can use? I rather like SKU 504183 at $0.89. (Packing tape
is also a great addition, but more $$'s)

I've already got more paperclips than I know what to do with.

That was me, and it's completely true. My wife is absolutely sick of seeing the damn staples. Every office supplies store I order from I have to get the staples. I was getting big-ass bags of rubber bands for a while just to change it up, but they ran out of their clearance rubber bands and they were SO damn bulky. We ended up passing them off to my in-laws.

Now, every couple of months or so I get all the paperclip boxes together and schlep them into work. Better than taking up space in my house.

edit: oops, I meant PAPERCLIPS--I was getting PAPERCLIPS.
