I used to have the GlobalWin FDP32 heatsink. That was huge!
74mm x 66mm at its base, 69mm tall.
The CGK742 is 80 X 60 X 58.30mm.

Will that new Taisol fit ok on an Abit Kt7 Raid board with a 1.2ghtz AMD processor?

I have it on a non- raid KT7- fits fine.
