I don't know about you, but I was certainly shock with the numbers. Kind of make me feel like that I didn't get the best case, spending over $180 on the LL PC1000. I was a bit surprise to see the TT and P180 outperformed the LL PC 1000. Then again now that I think it over the LL 1000 doesn't really have an intake fan, and I guess that hurts it quite a bit on the temp benchmark.

I dunno about TT (dunno which case you're talking about) but the P180 is a great case.

Find something useful to do, and quick, before you spend more on a new case!

You are suffering, not from having a bad case, but from upgraditis.

it sure as hell looks like it has a 120mm fan mounted in the bottom front, right in front of the HDDs

And you can call it intake? :roll: Take a closer look at the rest of the case...the air comes in the front and just kinda dissappates...without ever entering the main motherboard compartment.

its also not hard to remove the bottom 2 5.25in drive bay covers and put a 120mm fan righ there

Right that's what I did for a while. But still, there's no pre-built intake.

i also put a 120mm in the bottom 2 5.25" bays.. i just leave the door cracked on my pc-v1100 and it drops cpu/mb temps by about 2.5-4C

That Tt has similar interior design as the Antec SLK3000B/3700AMB/3700BQE and Compucase LX-6A19. Hmmm, probably closest to the SLK3000B. Oh yeah, it's also in aluminum. Those Antec/Compucase cases weigh a TON because they use super thick steel. That's actually the only Tt case I would ever consider owning.

I'm not that much of an exhibitionist. I like the Skyhawk MSR cases that have been available for low bucks recently. The egg has one of them with an acrylic front on sale this weekend. Besides which, note the date on that review - Kingwin hasn't sold that model in the states for nearly two years....
