Xylitol people... zero cavities even without brushing your teeth. (Though I wouldn't advise slackin on that, cuz yellow teeth are gross)
 
If you think their chocolate bars are big, you ought to see the size of their chocolate Easter eggs. I saw some about 2 ft. tall and a good 12-16 inches diameter at the "waist"
 
If you read through the thread, it funny how the topic changed from A man on a chocolate mission to cultural biology and such.
 
Actually, chocolate is a great anti-oxidant and is very good for you, but the sugar in it is the killer.


I've always wanted to make some chocolate with some Stevia.

I am fairly certain that the studies that showed chocolate in moderation is good referred to DARK chocolate without any added sweeteners or milk of any sort.
