Has Anand made any public statement about Iran or his religion or why his family left Iran?
I have some close friends who left Iran because of religious persecution.
Some are Bahai and some are Christian.

Well, that's different than asking if he's made a public statement. He has no reason to hold a press conference on the matter. 🙂
