Just one proof of the bullsh*t that is advertising.

#1
"such & such" product, along with healthy diet and exercise, will help you lose weight.

#2
"such & such" product, along with healthy diet and exercise, will help lower your cholesterol.

NO SH*T! A healthy diet and exercise alone will help you lose weight and lower your cholesterol.

Any others?

All the lard asses see is that by taking this product, and this product alone, that they'll lose weight or lower their cholesterol. They ignore the "being healthy" part and just want an easy way out, which is why they are fat asses to begin with.

Most of those commercials indicate that the product, along with a healthy diet and exercise, will lower your (bp, weight, cholesterol) more than diet and exercise would alone.

I've only seen it in a can. If it's in a bottle, how can you read the label, isn't it covered in cheesy goodness?

It's not your fault. It's not the big macs fault. It's genetic.
