The base is more rabid than ever, but can the GOP withstand defections from the donor class?

Probably won't have much of an impact on midterms...but for 2020, Wexner theoretically could single-handedly bankroll an independent Presidential bid from Kasich or some such and steal votes to guarantee the Ohio EC votes go Dem.

Wow. Hitting the pocketbook sure does help but I'm sure there is no shortage of other billionaires ready to step up to kiss the ass of the people who will let them keep the most money and that's certainly not the Democrats. Yep, lots of very wealthy people out there... let's see who else has a conscience and wants to get into Heaven one day...
