Halliburton is a bunch of retards. Blackwater is the scary shit.

And to be fair, this Serco company appears to make all the U.S. PMCs and other companies like the above (which is just a multi-national company, far from a PMC like Blackwater), look like shit. They have their hands in so many different cookie jars it is unreal, Halliburton can't even fathom what Serco has done and will keep doing.
