The best way to share files between wireless and LAN

I have a cheap D-Link wireless router and I want to be able to transfer files between the computers connected using the wireless and the computers hooked up to the LAN. What would be the best way to do this?

Simple steps are simply to go into the My Computer properties of each computer and set them all to the same WorkGroup Name. Then make sure any firewalls are either off or configured to let connections through from your internal network.

Then you should be able to just go to Network neighborhood, Entire Network, Microsoft Windows Network, <workgroup name>, and see all the computers.
