The Best Value Ram Is?

I need one stick of 512mb pc-3200 ram for my system but i can't pay a lot for it. It needs to be in the $80 to $90 dollar range and I want to at least OC to 215 fsb. My main goal though is to achieve timings of 2-3-3-6 at 200 fsb since my Samsung pc-2700 can pull those timings off now at 166fsb. Im kinda spoiled on those timings! I know some people have ram that can pull of 2-2-2-5 but i dont wanna pay an assload for ram for a system that will be completly obsolete soon anyways ( Abit An7 Nforce-2 2500-m barton Oc'd to 3200+ 13.5 x 166fsb, Geforce 4 ti4600=yuck) I've been juggling back and forth between Corsair Value, Geil Value, Mushkin and Ocz Premier. Ive been leaning more towards Corsair but im not sure if their 2.5 cas dimms can pull of 2-3-3-6 at 200fsb. Ive heard from some people that Geil is good but I saw that in the past that they used slower ram Oc'd to pc-3200 so im not sure if i can trust them plus they seem to have some more quality control issues than the other manufactureres. please help me make a good decision so i wont regret it in the future! thanks

ps: also ive heard that nforce-2 boards perform better when the Row-active delay is set to 11 (i.e 2-3-3-11) is this true?

I highly recommend Crucial RAM. They have such a good reputation, and they back up their memory with a lifetime warranty.
Look for Crucial at newegg.com Newegg is very cheap.

I just bought a stick of that Kingston stuff. It was in the Hot Deals forum for a week or so. THe claim is that it is a little more 'special' than what Outpost suggests. That is. that the memory is actually 3200 vs. 3200A. Apparently, the non A variety has some good chips (designated BH-5, a reknowned overclocker).

I'm crossing my fingers, should get it tomorrow.

I see, well still that deal is pretty awesome anyways compared to the value stuff. Im not picky and besides its not like the An7 can do 230 fsb anyway without a bios overhaul. Im just gonna overclock slightly and be happy with it.
