The best Ti4400 in performance terms.

They all should be very very close in performance. There will be no way that you would be able to tell any difference. It would even be hard to tell with benchmarks. If you aren't worried about overclockability or features, then get the cheapest one you can find. Most likely PNY or EVGA will be the cheapest.
 
The LeadTek is a good overclocker with a massive heatsink and dual fans. Mine runs 305/690 stable.
 
If you don't care to OC the card, just go out and buy the cheapest Ti4400 you can find... they should all perform relatively close to one another.
 
i think gainwards are the best. they are bisically "guaranteed" to overclock to certian speeds. the ti4400 gets a memory clock of 700, not sure what the core clock is gonna get to. i'm getting one of these or the ti4600 from gainward when i get some money. i really love my gainward that i have now. it's a gf2 pro that oc's to 220 core and 472 memory no problems.
