I'm serious =P back then, there were no ghey Altezza lights... none of that widebody bs... for example, I was at a body shop a few weeks ago with my friend, and I saw a '01 Accord with that low emissions vehicle engine with a phat intercooler and turbo... what's the point of that? on top of that, the guy was adding bondo like crazy with that widebody bs... they're taking those headlight/taillight conversions out of hand... when I used to go to those shows, the first headlight/taillight conversion I saw was by JT Autobody in Rosemead... they had a Miata done up with Supra tails/headlights... the JDM Altezza tails (IS300 here) looked pretty good on an Accord too. But I guess it's all subjective... also, I think that those Taiwanese companies are ruining the scene on the street... they're all selling universal exhausts and generic rims and what not that cost way less than the stuff that comes from the JDM market... Nobody buys Volk Racing or Racing Hart rims and GReddy/Trust/HKS exhausts anymore. I guess you still see some Apex'i and Tanabe stuff around though so it's not too disappointing. Hopefully when the Lancer Evo and WRX STi come over things will change
