P3-700E and ASUS CUSL2 or CUSL2-C.

700E should get to 933 (hopefully....better chances if you have a cC0 stepping processor). There's heaps of reviews about the CUSL2 around, and in here in the forums.

CUSL2-C is the same as the CUSL2, without onboard i752 video and approximately US$30 cheaper than the CUSL2.

For Intel, I would go with the Abit BX-133 RAID...I had teh CUSL2 for a while and it did fine but it has some reather annoying bugs (Bump up the voltage and you can't do a cold boot). For AMD, I'm lovin' my new KT7-RAID...absofrigginlutely awesome! I've heard the Asus A7V is pretty sweet too. As far as CPU's go, I don't know much about the P3's but my olde Celeron 566 would run at 901MHz...and my new Duron 600 is quite happy at 950MHz. Getting a bigger HSF for the Duron and gonna go for the gig!
