<-- had an ipod before they were cool and i wouldnt get another one.. espically now since everyone and their daughter has one.. itunes has to be the worst software ever written.. thank god for ephpod or else i woulda got rid of my ipod years ago.


my vote is anything other then an i pod.

i would say the gigabeat if it supprted audible but since it doesnt i'll say the zen. i have a zen vision m by the way.

The H300 series was excellent. I've had mine for about 2 years and it's still going strong. I still have the option to rockbox it for even more customization. The best part is having it connect as an external mass storage device so I can just drag and drop through explorer to upload files.

Not bad for $179 bucks two years ago

Actually, I would try the Zune.

the FM recording in the ZVM is taken out later on in the firmware 1.50.02 due to Creative not wanting a lawsuit with the RIAA.

I have a 30gb Ipod video and a Zune, and I love the Zune. The interface is so much more visibly appealing and intuitive. The bigger screen is a nice plus too.

dude search this has been done a million times before....

i personally love ipod despite all the evil apple crap (throw away the bundled cd and use other stuff) but a lot of ppl seem to like zen micro too... your choice
