The "best" motherboard for a 3.06 P4

I'm looking for a friend who asked me but I haven't kept up with P4's so i was at a loss. any suggestions?

are you wanting to overclock, or just a good stable board? (either way, both of the mentioned boards are awesome....id go asus before abit however...)

If your friend is going to spend the cash for a 3.06GHz then
get the latest GraniteBay mobo from Asus or wait for springdale.
