THE BEST MONITOR

Guys, I am lookin for a black monitor(space black like alienware if possible) 18 in viewable or larger, as thin as possible. At 1600x1200 it needs a refresh of at least 75 MHZ hopefully more. I have seen some that are around 200-300, I am willing to spend 400. Using it for gaming, 3d modeling, it is important. thanks
