I wouldnt bother with UTT on that board since it wont be able to supply the volts.

Get some TCCD thats on the BP PCB and you should be okay.

As far as which sticks to get, I can help you there, I believe xtremesystems has a good "what memory uses TCCD" sticky thread.

It's a bit over your $150 limit, but honestly, it's worth it. Your computer is going to run quite a bit faster on 2GB of value RAM (assuming you do more than just open the internet and word at the same time) than 1GB on XXTREME Rev89.2 TCCD ram. Since the memory controller is on-chip now, there isn't much of a point to getting low-latency ram. The hard drive is the slowest thing in any system, and the less you have to access it, the faster your computer will seem to go.

its not a big deal, unless what i have heard about BF2 is true, then 1.5GB or better seems to help a good amount...

256 MB to 512 MB = Super noticable.
512 MB to 1024 MB = Noticable.
1024 MB to 2048 MB = Less noticable.
2048 MB to >2048 MB = Almost not noticable, except when it's a server.

What kind of pdp ram are you using currently? Honestly, you probably won't get much more than a 2-4% performance improvement by going with other ram. You're probably better off just using memory dividers get a better cpu oc.

You won't notice any difference between 2 gig's of ram unless you are a power-user, using photoshop or playing bf2. Also, you will get hit with the 2T penalty by using 4 dimms. If you are going to go with 2 gigs, get 2 x 1gb sticks.

The pdp ram is PDC1G4000ELK and oddly, nomatter the voltage, dimm socket or timings just refuses to go past 220mhz...
