I have recently been hooking my computer to the TV to play video games and have found that using the keyboard and mouse from a recliner isn't going to work. Anybody have any suggestions of the best controllers with the most functions available? Are there any wireless controllers? Also preferably something that wont give me carpeltunel lol
Thanks

The Logitech Wingman Rumblepad has loads of features and it's not uncomfortable. They also have a wireless version that's shaped differently but has the same feature set.

I am still waiting for the x-box controllers for the pc.
I've got:
MS Sidewinder Dual Strike, good for most games
MS Sidewinder Strategic Commander good for top down strategy games and MechWarrior 4
Gravis Xterminator Dual Control joystick or what ever it's called which is good for flying

For gamepads I still use my good old MS Sidewinder (the original one) and for rumble I use the Hammerhead FX.
For Joysticks i use the original MS Sidewinder 3d and for rumble I use the original Logitech Wingman Force and for serious flight-sim stuff I use the originag Saitek x36 joystick/throttle combo. As you can see I am into the classics. :)

I just ordered Thrustmaster Firestorm Wireless. I should be getting it sometime this week. I have same set up as you. Computer connected to TV in another room (thus the RF gamepad). I gather that choice of gamepad largely depends on what kind of games you play as well.

If you're interested, PM me and I'll let you know how it plays and feels when I get it.

Review of Firestorm Wireless.

MS Sidewinder Pro is far and away the best. It is USB and feels great in the hands. It is the large silver metallic looking one. I love mine.

I use a Gravis Eliminator Aftershock controller as my gamepad, and I love it. It's got dual analog sticks, which have much better precision and feel than the Hammerhead, which I was using before. It's got rumble capability, but it doen't work perfectly in WinXP yet. The pad works fine in XP, just the extra software that enables rumble pad stuff doesn't.
