please post your experiences below...😉

i personally have cingular, and have pretty good luck with them, no system busies, good reception.....

except in my own house

which is why i'm changing, to what i dont' know...

cingular sucks at UCLA... everyone hogging the system.

AT&T works fine... although i want to hear what everyone thinks of tmobile/voicestream...

cingular sucks in certain parts near ucla. south of wilshire its decent, and on campus. it just sucks in the dorms are and the apartments near the dorms.

t mobile uses cingular network. however their plan for $40 a month is 1000 anytime and unlimited nights and weekends with $25 activation and a free phone. so that makes it better than cingular.

VERIZON IS KING.

I had AT&T for 1.5 years. Reception got sh*ttier and sh*ttier. It's almost Cingular status right now. F*ck AT&T.

Switched to Verizon, life is much better. My LG VX1 has sh*tty ringtones though.

And everyone knows Cingular sucks d*ck so no need to say anything more.

Tmobile uses Cingular's networks, so I'd imagine it'd suck even more d*ck than Cingular, but who knows?

Personally, I've only run across one area of spotty coverage w/ Sprint in the 2 years I've been with them. I'd say I'm more then happy with that.

t mobile uses cingular network

um... that is not true. T-mobile uses the voicestream network which is on the same frequency as cingular but is a totally different system. They are the best provider, IMO. I may still switch due to billing as they don't have a good plan minute wise that fits my needs, but there reception and tech support is second to none.

to clarify... in california if you use voicestream/t-mobile you probably run off of cingular towers, this will last another month or so before voicestream switches to it's own towers it has been setting up (this may all-ready be in progress, I am not sure yet) Other than in calif, you are running on voicestream or it's partners, which do NOT include cingular.
