Preferably free, but it doesn't have to be. Trying to get my music collection setup and I can't seem to find a good, simple ripping program.

Definitely use the EAC for ripping. You may want to explroe the different lossless formats.

FLAC, SHN, and Apple Lossless are examples.

:thumbsup: for EAC, as far as flac though, only on my favorite CDs - flacs are big 😛 Rest are 192bit ogg. For encoding I like dbpoweramp.
