the best card for Celeron 800?

My computer is Celeron 800/BX/256MB Ram/17" CRT,now I have 3 choices to upgrade my video card:
Gigabyte MX 400 (32M) ,the price is RMB 580 (about US$ 70)
Powercolor Kyro2(64M) ,the price is RMB 680 (about US$ 82)
ATI LE Ultra (32M DDR) ,the price is RMB 780 (about US$ 94)

I usually set my monitor at 800x600@100Hz or 1024x768@85Hz,and I like to play UT,CS,Q3,
which card has the best performance/price ratio for my computer?

Gigabyte MX 400 is the best buy.

nvidia card is cheaper in China than in the US,
while ATI card, especially LE is more expensive in China than in the US.
