My sister worked on McDonalds in highschool. Supposedly their vanilla ice cream comes in "frozen" blocks. Anyways, one day she was loading one of the blocks into the machine when she accidently dropped it on the ground. When she asked the manager what to do, he told her just to put the ice cream back in the machine. I can just imagine the dirty ground filled dust and dirt from shoes. Yuck.

a friend of a friend of mine worked at a boston market and dropped a chicken on the floor once. when asked what he should do with it, his manager said to cut it up and put it in the kids meal...LOL...

Screw that. I have a half gallon of Bryers Cookies and Cream in the freezer and some fresh waffle cones in the pantry. Beats the hell out of McDonalds any day :)

Ours came in sealed 2.5 gallon bags which we poured into the machine.

For soft serve, I prefer the Dairy Queen version.

Arby's is the best, but cost too much.

For hard ice cream, I like the HD's pistachio flavour.

Hmmm the ice cream mix comes in big bags and it alot like milk(actualy it's sweetened milk, the flavoring is put in by the machine itself) I know, I work there part time.... well everyone needs money to play MTG and buy computer stuff....

Serving food dropped on the floor is illegal and dangerous.

Nine times out of ten nobody will get hurt, but there is the slim possibility that you will actually kill someone. I would not take the chance of having that on my conscience.

so they use the same mix for cones and shakes? i always wondered about that... a vanilla shake tastes just like melted ice cream :p
