The Bengals

A friend brought this up while we were discussing the draft....how is it possible that the Bengals are so bad? Look at how many good draft spots they've gotten over the last few years. How could their staff be THAT stupid as to pick THAT many busts?

I don't think it's a matter of busts so much as inept management and inability to allow talent to develope.

Their owner sucks and makes final decision on all draft picks. Obviously he can't scout talent.
