Rickard: Nice scores. The Promise still seems to lag a bit behind the highpoint though. I have the highpoint chip on my mobo, and I am running two 75GXP's in RAID 0 similar to you. I get 26800 or so with regular ATA/100 and that is alot higher for some reason than the Promise. Our RAID scores are closer though. I get 44137 with my RAID array. I wonder if the controller being integrated into the board gives it a boost compared to a add-on card? I know Sandra is a synthetic benchmark, so the difference probably isn't noticed. The only difference in my set-up is I am using a 20 and a 30 gig instead of two 30's. ATA/100 and RAID 0 is verrry nice, isn't it?

It's wonderful! I have the Abit BE6-2 mobo V1.2. Wonder if i can flash the BIOS to get BX 133 RAID BE6-2 and use the highpoint controllers insted?
