The band Foreigner was on Conan last night

holy crap it was like watching a Foreigner tribute band with an older dude on guitar.

Yeah, I saw them a few years back when they had Lou Gramm still singing. He was raising money for a brain operation (he had a tumor). He had gained so much weight, you couldn't see the band in back of him. I asked my wife "Is Forienger behind that fat guy?"

Jeff Pilson, Bass player, played w/ Randy Hansen back in the '80's when I did sound for RH.
When JOURNEY were making their re-apperance back in '99, we did a tour with Foriegner w/ Lou Gramm.
It was hard to listen to sometimes. But then, I'm sure the same was said for Augeri singing Perry's stuff, too.
Of course, given that Lou was coming off of major Brain surgery, he gets a pass, in my book.
