Can anyone please tell me why my system also create a folder once I open Internet Explorer?

I have been deleting it again and again, and it kept creating it again and again. No matter how I delete it and empty the recycle bin or scan for viruses....is there a setting or anything?

I would appreciate if some give a respond....
