we have a nice backyard. a double lot. we have a deck, pool veggie garden, crabapple tree.
Grass was just cut a few days ago, by the man.
If it were nicer we would be out there more, but since we started May in MI with snow, we have not been able to enjoy it as much as we want to.
in my back yard.. I have.. 21 trees, 10 bushes, 4 little vegetable gardens, 1 little herb garden, 1 little flower garden, 1 big flower garden, a soccer goal, a sandbox, a rope hammock, a wood pile, a compost heap, a brush pile, and a 29' redwood "play structure".
anyhoo. We have a treeline @ the back and a lawn that looks pretty patchy. The front & sides were sodded so no worries there. Should have paid extra to have the back sodded. Oh well.
Creative poll Brtuskend. 🙂 My backyard is somewhat large, lots of trees making it difficult for grass to grow in some areas, a few kids toys, chainlink fence and I don't go out there as much as I should because I don't know what the hell to do with it. Oh and no dog or cat poop and definitely no castaway cars or appliances!
Big backyard
I'm out there all the time... last night I had a huge bonfire
which ridded me of about 25 trees that I didn't want there... about 30 more trees to go...
which will leave me with 100's if not thousands of trees.
The apple trees provide wonderful apples, but there are no apples at the moment... and there will be tomatoes, and who knows what else growing there in the near future.
The bonfire was smokey last night, briefly, does that count?
Fence is barbed wire, with some stockade fence around, and other types of wire fencing.
