The Aurora Borealis is pretty strong tonight.

Nice.

Clear skies here, but of course I'm stuck at work and not really in a good area to see anything. Went for a quick walk outside to see if I can see anything but nothing here. If I had my DSLR and set a long exposure it would maybe pick something up though.

I'm right up near the border, can't see shit at night lately thanks to weather and it's pissing me off.

Draconids are here damnit. Didn't see anything last night, lights or meteors. Boooooo.

They were out here tonight, it was pretty wild, as they were shooting straight up and more or less all around us, normally they're at the north part of the sky but they were more or less everywhere. I was at a friend's house and didn't have my DSLR with me and the clouds were starting to roll in by the time I got home but did catch some.

Posted more here, but these are the nicer ones.

My brother saw it last night in San Antonio. Had I known it was a Kp 8.7 event I would have gone out to look for it too. Oh well I got to see it for the first time in my life a few months ago that night we had a Kp 9 event.
