. Literally, if a trapped mob is 89 degrees from directly in front of you, MS will hit it if there aren't 3 targets in front of you. So typically after I trap targets, I move up a step or two to avoid them being in my FOV.
I think it's actually a rather nice change for Avenger's Shield though. The fact that on some pulls, sap was made completely worthless because of a paladin tank is just a pain. I won't even go into how hard it can be to trap a target that AS has hit as a Hunter. But I think one of the best fixes would be to lower AS mana cost (it does cost a decent amount) and remove the damage but add a "high threat" thing to it.
